The Waterfall skirt is based off of vintage Victorian petticoats, though we've changed it up by making it from elegant suitings and other outerwear fabrics. It is full of ruffles on the back half, with a flatter front side that features only one bottom ruffle. This skirt is available floor-length, or a convenient 'walking skirt' length, which is about 10-12" shorter than floor length.
